三 | 进口货物理货入区时间由2—3天压缩至半天，降低申报差错率超90%以上，大幅提升整体物流效率。 新政突破保税维修“原进原出”限制，打通了“维修—加工—出口”全链条，区内维修成品无需出口后复进口再进行下一环节加工，推动综合保税区产业链价值链进一步延伸完善。广州南沙综保区超两万片液晶显示面板完成保税维修再生产并出口南美和东南亚，新模式为再加工企业压缩近50%经营成本。
四 | 新政支持重大装备无需实际进出综保区即可享受保税融资租赁政策。海关立足异地委托监管制度框架，搭建跨关区协同监管通道，降低了飞机进口的物流成本、缩短交付周期，有效赋能航空融资租赁产业发展。前7个月，深圳前海、广州南沙、白云机场综保区累计完成飞机保税租赁异地委托监管业务38架次，累计货值超150亿元。
